COLOR

Please keep in mind that we will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact match of the color and density. Colors may differ monitor to monitor but finished image quality should be close. By placing an order with Pixel Digital Graphics Inc., you are agreeing to this limitation. We will try our best to match the gradient density of each color, but we accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and final printing piece. We are not liable for color matching or ink density on images that you provide. The images sent to us will predict a design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.

LIABILITY & ERRORS
We are not liable for errors in a final product due to misspelling, bleeds, grammar, punctuation, and size. Information you provide is what we will attend to.

Production time does not include shipping transit time as that is not up to us. The production time is an estimate.

• We are not responsible for expedited delivery costs on orders that ship late.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or other situations that are beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time.

Our main responsibility is to preparing your order as given and delivering it for shipping.
We are not liable for damages that occur during shipping.

RETURNS
All sales are final.
We will ONLY reproduce your order if we verify that we have made an error, but in order to do so we must be notified within 48 hours from delivery.
When reproducing an order, the original production time and shipping method will be used, we will not expedite the order.
